I just got this in my inbox. It looks like it'll be pretty, don't you think? A long-wearing glossy color with a glossy topcoat sounds promising. I hope I'll get to try this!

BeyondTheBasket.ca
Ah, there's nothing quite like a soothing moisturizer with a yummy smell! I've had the opportunity to try a couple of BeyondTheBasket.ca's delicious smelling moisturizers. I tried their body smoothies & moisturizing lotion in Creamy Cinnamon Chai. I love the smell of chai, but how often does a product actually have the same smell as what it's trying to mimic? This stuff actually smells like Chai (esp. the body smoothies), unbelievable! I smoothed body smoothies onto my rough knees & it made them soft & smooth. I smoothed the lotion on my hands & it moisturized. Moisture & a yummy-liscious smell, how can you go wrong!

A while back I discovered an online e-commerce site that is focused on selling lip balms. All kinds of lip balms, exfoliants, & plumpers from all over the place. You name it & they've probably got it! The following is the blurb on their about us page.

Metalluscious - Empress

Revlon's GlimmerGloss Nailcolor
Gotta give props to Michelle Mismas of All Lacquered Up, who was interviewed for the Glamour Beauty Blog. Congrats Michelle! I got a cool tip-off in that interview about a product I didn't know about, Revlon's Glimmer Gloss Nail Enamel. This is perfect for me because, for my nails, I tend to gravitate toward sheer lighter colors with plenty of shine. I would love this in the yummy colors of blueberry burst, grape shimmer, strawberry sizzle, & grapefruit glimmer. These look very pretty!

Mark - Scandalash & Metalluscious
My Mom bought me 2 Mark products. (Thanks Mom!) I got the Scandalash hook-up mascara in blacklash & the Metalluscious hook-up lipgloss in Empress.
I figured I'd like Scandalash, because I've tried the waterproof version (lashsplash) before & liked it. Well, I was right, I do like it. It's a very simple no frills everyday mascara, but it works well in defining the lashes. Definitely a keeper.
Now, I've tried the Metalluscious hook-up lipgloss before in Queen & Luxury & I liked it. However, this new color that I got (Empress, much darker than the picture shows) is very dark. I'm not so sure I like it because it is so dark. My Mom says she likes it on me because it makes my eyes glow. Well, that's definitely a perk, but I'm still not too sure about this one.
