Have any of you heard about NYX's new
Eyeshadow Base? It's $6 ea. & it comes in 3 colors/finishes, each for a specific purpose. Make your brights even brighter by using the white base or use the pearl to intensify any shimmer. They also have a regular skintone shade for everything else. I'm curious to know if any of my readers have tried these. If yes, what do you think? Love it? Hate it?
