Have you heard about e.l.f.'s new mineral eyeliners? I'm curious, I wonder if they're any good. The product page says the following: "The natural based formula provides gentle coverage for even the most sensitive eyes. The twist up applicator is easy for instant use, no sharpening required. 100% mineral based with no parabens, no preservatives and no chemical dyes." I know it's a pretty new product, but have any of you, my readers, had an opportunity to try this?Friday, August 28, 2009

L'Occitane Ultra Comforting Cream
I was given the opportunity to try one of L'Occitane's products (Thanks Mary!). Because of their hypoallergenic properties, Mary suggested that I choose something from the Ultra Comforting line. With my fragrance allergies & other sensitivities, it's sometimes hard to find a skin cream that will soothe & moisturize w/o making me ill. Enter L'Occitane's Ultra Comforting Cream. I applied it on my face & I liked how it moisturized my skin.
However, the true test is my hands. I know, I know, this wasn't designed for use on the hands, but I had to try it. Happily, I did see a noticeable difference in the look & feel of my skin. If you have sensitivities like me I think you'll like this product.
Here's some quick facts about this product.
- Contains 10% of Shea Butter.
- Free from fragrance, colorant, preservatives and alcohol.
- Hypoallergenic products dermatologically tested on sensitive skin.
- Ingredients specially selected for their purity and their mildness.
