Bootlegging...
...no this ain't about the prohibition, it's about a new accessory. I get Accessories Magazine's News Flash email newsletter in my inbox. And today's was all about the new bootlegging. Literally a boot attached to thigh-high tights which you just roll down, pull on, & stretch it up to the top of your thigh, and you're done. Odd, isn't it? What do you guys think of this? Yay or Nay? Let me know in the comments! :)

Bigen Haircolor - A Safe Alternative?
I used to love coloring my hair. My first color was a pretty burgundy. Next It was pretty dark mahogony brown, which I loved even more. However, as my chemical sensitivities got worse, I found I could no longer handle my favorite hair dye. :(So, I started looking into the natural hair dyes that you can find at health food stores. YIKES! I was used to paying about $10 for a box of my other dye, but these ran anywhere from $20-$30 a pop! I knew I couldn't afford that. So, I kinda gave up.
Flash forward to this evening, I'm perusing the Sally Beauty Supply website when I spot this - Bigen's Powder Haircolor. According to the website it "contains no ammonia" & it has "no heavy masking odor".
Sounds wonderful, doesn't it? The question is whether it holds up well to those claims. I'm curious to know if any of you, my readers, have tried this. Did you have issues w/this & do you usually have issues w/chemicals? I'm really curious because I'd love to be able to color my hair again.

Instant Cover
Sorry folks, my internet was down for a bit. We only just figured out tonight what was wrong, but it's fixed now. YAY!
On another note, I've heard of IGIA's Instant Cover Foundation/Concealer many times before, but I don't know much about it. This video seems pretty convincing, but how are the actual customer reviews, that's what I'm curious about.
What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments!

Dot Your Eyes & Blush Your Cheeks
How do you like my title? Lol! I was inspired by some new products I spotted on the Mark website.Namely, their on the dot e/s palette & their touch & glow shimmer cream cubes all over face color.
Their on the dot e/s palette contains 9 e/s in mostly golden neutrals & a few brights, all w/a metallic finish.
Their touch & glow shimmer cream cubes comes w/9 colors that can be used all over the face or you can use the individual colors as e/s. This comes in a cream to powder formulation (my favorite type of cream shadow).
Both of these products have good reviews on the mark website, but I'm curious to know what you, my readers, think of these. Have any of you tried 'em? Loved it? Despised it? Haven't tried it? Let me know in the comments!
