You guys know I love a good deal. This is a budget beauty blog after all. In my quest to save money, I rarely, if ever, check out without searching for a coupon code. But, let's face it, finding a working coupon code can be a royal pain in the butt.

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own. See disclosure.

I think anyone who's searched for coupon codes knows the hoops you jump through to find a working code. You search Google & check out the different coupon sites that come up & enter code after code til you find one that works. And, sometimes, you don't. Fortunately, there's an easier way.

There's a new deal site called dealspotr & they make it a lot easier to find working codes. Not only do they have filters, so you can refine your search, but their codes are also validated by their users & you can also see right away how likely a certain code is to work. Below, I'll show you the process I went through to find a coupon code for ULTA.

First, I tried Retail Me Not, which is a popular coupon site that I've used many times before, with mixed results. As you can see in the image below, the coupon didn't work.

Retail Me Not

Next up, I went to Ultimate Coupons. This one is new to me, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I figured my chances were good because, on this site, this particular code was verified. Unfortunately, it was expired.

Last, of all, I tried DealSpotr. In the image below you can see some of the different search filters available, but there's also 2 other handy features. The green line at the bottom of this particular code shows how likely it is to work (in this case, high likelihood), plus it plainly shows the expiration date. This makes it much easier to find a working code, instead of having to weed through expired codes.
