Oscar Night 2009

Evan Rachel Wood's Art Deco inspired dress was also gorgeous, & Kate Winslet's one shoulder slate blue w/black overlay dress was a stunner as well! There were others I liked too, but I think these were my favorites of the evening.
What were your favorites of the evening?

Misamu.com
I have been informed of an online boutique that's aimed at "fashion-conscious shoppers looking for a chic alternative to the High Street." Based in Ireland, Misamu.com is an online boutique that sells designer labels such as Nanette Lepore, LaROK, Ya Ya, True Religion, Rachel Pally, Velvet and many more.
Even though they are Europe-based, they do accept U.S. Dollars.
I found 3 cute pieces that I really like. Like this curve-hugging dress made of soft jersey cotton with "strategic ruching", comfy & flattering Diva Wear!

Or this Summer-worthy dress, with feminine crossover v-neck in a pretty black and white floral print voile with black ribbon trim. Very cute, & comfy!

Or this pretty red & white peasant dress. It features a bright red drawstring, elasticized neckline, & ruching. It is semi-sheer at the bodice with lining at the skirt. Very pretty & warm weather worthy!

All above mentioned dresses are made by Velvet.
To add the icing on the cake, so to speak, DivaShop readers get a 15% discount for 1 month on all non sale items by entering the coupon code 'divashop' at checkout!

Vintage 50s Prom Dress
I like this dress. I could do w/o the roses & un-bunch the skirt
in front. Other than that one qualm, I think this is a cute dress.
This dress is currently going for $50. You can find many more
vintage dresses like this one from eBay seller BeBopaDiva.

Vintage Dress
Can you believe this vintage stunner?! This was sold at VintageTextile.com. This beauty is made of a figure-flattering, draped silk jersey that clings in all the right places, plus the adorable bow detail on the deep v-back. Circa 1950's, this dress is both sexy & classy!

Posh Girl Vintage
I've "discovered" an online vintage store that sells
the most adorable dresses! The following are some
totally cute "little black dresses" from 2 different
decades.
Like this 1940s velvet trimmed masterpiece.

Or this 1950s flowing chiffon delight.

Cute Black Dresses
As they say, the little black dress is timeless.
There's nothing like black to dress up & add
elegance to your look.
This BCBG Max Azria Taffeta Shirtdress
is a fine example of that. It combines the
classic shirtdress look with feminine &
dressy details. This dress is absolutely
gorgeous, I love it!

Not quite as dressy, but still cute is
Juicy Couture's Cable Velour Mini
Dress. I would like the skirt area to
be considerably longer, but I love the
shape, as well as the details, of this
dress. Nice.
