Finding good skincare products can be a bit of a gamble, especially if you have sensitive skin (my skin’s not extremely sensitive, but it can get irritated at times). There’s all kinds of things to take into consideration.

L'Occitane Giveaway Winner!

Sorry it took so long to do this. I have a horrendous sinus/bronchial infection that's kept me in bed for a few days. UGH!
UPDATE: With the hustle & bustle of the holidays, it may take a couple weeks or so to get shipped.

Review: Erno Laszlo Dry Skin Products

I had 2 Erno Laszlo Dry Skin Products sent to me by a PR rep of the company to try & review (<-See image). So far, I really like what I received. Let me break these down for you.
Top: HydrapHel Skin Supplement (aka Toner) - This toner does several things, such as removing any residual facial cleanser, gently exfoliates by loosening dead skin cells, balances pH so moisturizer is more effective, & more. Many toners contain alcohol, which can be very drying. Thankfully, this one does not. This toner felt refreshing to my skin w/o stripping moisture. My skin likes this.
Bottom: HydrapHel Emulsion SPF 15 (aka Moisturizer) - As stated on the website: "Designed for the driest skin types, HydrapHel Emulsion mimics skin's own natural moisture and brings intensive hydration without irritation." This moisturizer is very rich & creamy & felt soothing on my skin. An issue that I often have w/skincare (& some cosmetics for that matter) is fragrance. Thankfully, this product has a very mild scent that did not give me any problems. Whether it's just a really mild fragrance or just the natural combination of scents from the ingredients, it's fine. I had no issues. Plus, it just felt really nice on my dry skin.
Overall I (or should I say my skin, lol) enjoyed these skincare products. The toner was refreshing & non-drying & the moisturizer was rich, creamy, & soothing. If you want to find out more about Erno Laszlo's skincare range, click here or if you just want to check out their products for dry skin, click here.
Have you, my readers, tried their products? What did you think of 'em? Let me know in the comments! :)
I did not pay for these products, they were sent to me to try & review by a representative of the company. This in no way effects my opinions.

Yu-Be Skin Cream

Yu-Be has not removed it either, however, it is one of the best I've ever tried! My hands feel smoother & the dry patch on my face is significantly reduced. I've never been a quick healer, perhaps with the passage of time I will see even more improvement. I have to say, the healing of my chapped lips has been nothing short of astonishing (Yes, you can use it on your lips)! My lips are smooth & soft.
Even though my chronic dry skin problems have not completely gone away, I heartily recommend this product for purchase! - Click!
