Care4Lipz

Has anyone ever heard of this handy-dandy lip balm/gloss pod? You can attach it to your watch, keys, sunglasses, etc. This looks like it would be really handy. I hope that the pod eventually comes in more colors. Looks interesting, anyway!

Burt's Bees Medicated Lipbalm

Burt's Bees has come out with a brand new lipbalm! For those of us who often have chapped lips, this might help. It's medicated & it contains clove oil. If any of you have used a clove for pain relief, than you know the effect this will have on the lips. (HAR!) It sounds interesting, anyway.

KissFix.com

A while back I discovered an online e-commerce site that is focused on selling lip balms. All kinds of lip balms, exfoliants, & plumpers from all over the place. You name it & they've probably got it! The following is the blurb on their about us page.

"We at KISSFIX are passionate about lip balm. Our fascination with the variety of lip balms offered on our site began with our travels throughout the globe. During our travels we had found many lip balms that we loved, only to discover that we were unable to replace them locally when we ran out of the product. We loved the diversity of flavors, textures and moisturizing properties offered by the variety of lip balms we had encountered and didn't want to be limited to only those that could be found in the local drug store. Thus the idea of kissfix was born. One site bringing together a large selection of exotic, unique and hard to find lip balms, plumpers and exfoliants delivered right to your door!"

Banler.com - Murad Lip Therapy

A couple days ago I reviewed an MDskincare product from Banler.com & promised another review of a product I received from Banler. Today, I'm going to tell you about a Lip Therapy product by Murad Skincare, known as Murad Soothing Skin and Lip Therapy.

Well, on application I did notice that it was very soothing. However, I noticed, too, that it smoothed my lips really good. I also noticed that the smell is mild, which is important for those like me, who have sensitivities.

This balm would be good for applying a few minutes before lip color application because it really does smooth the lips, preparing them for lip color application. As we all know, smooth, hydrated lips always present a better surface for lip color. With that in mind, I heartily recommend this product!
